Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your purchase and use of the CommandSites Toolkit and this website.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The CommandSites Toolkit is sold by CommandSites (“CommandSites”, “we”, “us”), established in Romania. By purchasing or using the toolkit you enter into an agreement with us on these terms. You can reach us at hello@notify.commandsites.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing this website, purchasing the toolkit or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you are buying as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
3. What you are buying
The CommandSites Toolkit is a downloadable digital product: a structured Microsoft Excel workbook for construction project controls, together with the supporting registers, dashboards and reporting structure described on this website. It is delivered electronically immediately after payment, via a download link and a personal access link sent by email.
The toolkit is not a system of record and is not a substitute for professional commercial, legal, financial or engineering advice. Decisions you take using the toolkit remain your responsibility.
4. Licence
On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the toolkit for your own business purposes, including on your own projects and by your own employees. You may adapt the workbook for internal use.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the toolkit or a derivative of it;
- share your download or personal access link publicly;
- remove or obscure ownership or licensing notices;
- circumvent technical limits or protection measures.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website or the toolkit. In particular you must not use them for any unlawful purpose, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with security — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the site.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, download link and personal access link confidential, and for activity carried out through them. You must provide accurate purchase information and keep your email address up to date so we can deliver the product.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the toolkit, this website and all related intellectual property, including the workbook structure, formulas, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Any data you enter into your copy of the workbook remains yours.
7. Payment, tax and subscription terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The CommandSites Toolkit is a one-time purchase of €99. There is no subscription, renewal or recurring charge. VAT or sales tax is calculated and charged by Paddle at checkout based on your location, and your invoice is issued by Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
8. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
9. Service level and availability
We work to keep this website and the delivery system available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Download and access links depend on third-party hosting and email providers.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, your download link or your licence if you materially breach these terms, if payment is reversed or not completed, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where access ends, you may keep any copy of the workbook you lawfully downloaded unless the licence itself is terminated for breach.
11. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with the toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the toolkit, your breach of these terms, or content you process using it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our product, business or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
