Features

One section per module. Every claim reflects the actual product.

What it is, the problem it solves, how it solves it, and who it's built for — across all twelve linked sheets.

01

Executive Dashboard

Every project's status, on one page, without asking anyone to build a report.

Business problem. Construction managers routinely open half a dozen spreadsheets before a single status conversation can begin. By the time the numbers are reconciled, the picture is already out of date.

Solution. The Dashboard is a fully computed, read-only page. Six category scorecards — Production, Contract, Commercial, Quality, Schedule, Cash — each show a live score and trend arrow, pulled directly from the KPI Center. Six readiness tiles answer operational questions directly: Can We Invoice?, Payment Readiness, Quality Gate, Procurement, Correspondence, Deliverables. A risk register and action tracker sit alongside.

Business benefits. Replaces manual consolidation across eight operational registers with a page a director can review in minutes. Every steering meeting starts from the same numbers.

Executive benefits. No status report to commission before a review meeting. The numbers a director sees are the numbers the project team already entered.

Ideal users: Project Directors, Executives, Project Managers.
Key capabilities
  • Six live category scorecards with trend indicators
  • AI Confidence indicator, Main Risk callout, Today's Focus and First Call contact
  • Six readiness tiles
  • Integrated risk register and action tracker
02

AI Morning Briefing

Start the day with what needs a decision — not with reconstructing what happened yesterday.

Business problem. Most project problems are discovered days after they occur, once someone finally asks the right question in a meeting.

Solution. A single sheet designed to be opened first, every morning. It combines a quick-navigation strip to all twelve sheets, an iconized daily summary, a meeting and event schedule, a priority action tracker, a production KPI snapshot with variance, and a decision-gate and decision log.

Business benefits. Converts reactive management into a repeatable daily routine, with the same structured starting point for every manager, every day.

Executive benefits. Decisions are tracked the day they are made, not reconstructed retroactively — and every manager opens the same page before doing anything else.

Ideal users: Project Managers, Executives, Project Directors.
Key capabilities
  • Meeting and event schedule with preparation notes
  • Priority action tracker with owner and status
  • Production KPI variance snapshot with a “Why” explanation column
  • Decision-gate table and decision log
  • Executive contact and trend panel

Execution Schedule

See a delay before it becomes unavoidable.

Business problem. A programme that only reports percentage complete tells you where a project has been — not where it is heading.

Solution. An activity register tracks Baseline Start/Finish, Actual/Forecast Start/Finish, Progress, Total Float and Critical status, alongside a weekly Gantt view and five summary tiles: Overall Progress, Planned Progress, Forecast Delay, Critical Activities, Forecast Completion.

Business benefits. Baseline-versus-forecast variance is visible without exporting from a separate planning tool.

Executive benefits. Forecast delay is calculated, not estimated in a meeting — and it is visible weeks before it becomes contractually unavoidable.

Ideal users: Planners, Site Teams, Project Controls Engineers, Project Managers.
Key capabilities
  • Baseline, actual and forecast date tracking
  • Automatic float and critical-path flagging
  • Weekly Gantt visualization
  • Forecast delay and completion tiles

KPI Center

One number, built transparently from the metrics that actually matter.

Business problem. Executives rarely have time to review a dozen separate performance indicators before a decision has to be made.

Solution. Six KPI categories — Production, Contract, Commercial, Quality, Schedule, Cash — each contain individual indicators with Target, Actual, Weight, Score, Variance and Owner. Every KPI is normalized to a 0–100 score and weighted according to its management importance; the Executive Index is the weighted average of all KPI scores.

Business benefits. Replaces a subjective “how is the project going” discussion with one weighted, defensible number — and an Executive KPI Interpretation panel naming the Strongest Area and the Main KPI Risk.

Executive benefits. A single index for the steering conversation, with the full category and indicator detail immediately behind it.

Ideal users: Project Controls Engineers, Executives, Project Directors.
Key capabilities
  • Six-category scoring model
  • Individual KPI register with Direction, Target, Actual and Owner
  • Automatic 0–100 normalization and weighting
  • Executive Index calculation
  • Executive KPI Interpretation summary

Milestones

Contractual dates, in the same workbook as the risk that threatens them.

Business problem. Contractual dates carry consequences — notice periods, liquidated damages — that cost and schedule variance alone do not capture.

Solution. A milestone register tracks Planned Date, Actual Date, Status, Responsible, Days Remaining and Variance, with summary tiles for Total, Completed, In Progress, Planned, Delayed and Next Due.

Business benefits. Contractual delivery dates sit next to cost and schedule data, not in a separate contract tracker.

Executive benefits. At-risk contractual dates are visible before they lapse, not after.

Ideal users: Contract Managers, Planning Teams, Project Directors.
Key capabilities
  • Controlled status vocabulary (Completed, In Progress, Planned, Delayed, On Hold)
  • Priority flagging
  • Automatic days-remaining and variance tracking
06

Cost Breakdown

See a cost overrun accumulating, one cost code at a time.

Business problem. A cost overrun is rarely one bad decision — it is the accumulation of small, individually defensible variances.

Solution. A cost register by Cost Code and Category — Labour, Materials, Plant & Equipment, Subcontractors, Site Overheads, Design & Engineering, Temporary Works, Other Costs — tracks Budget, Actual Cost, Committed, Forecast EAC, Variance and automatic Status flagging.

Business benefits. Budget exposure is visible by cost code, not only as a single project-level total.

Executive benefits. Emerging overruns are visible at the cost-code level, well before they surface in a monthly total.

Ideal users: Commercial Managers, Cost Control, Finance.
Key capabilities
  • Cost-code-level tracking
  • Automatic Variance % and Status (On Budget, Watch, Over Budget, On Hold)
  • Forecast EAC by line item

Claims & Variations

Protect entitlement from the day an event occurs, not the day it is priced.

Business problem. Commercial claims are rarely lost on their merits — they are lost on timing: a late notification, evidence gathered after the fact, a missed response deadline.

Solution. A claims register tracks every event from Notification through Status progression — Submitted, Under Review, Negotiation, Agreed, Invoiced, Paid — with Contract Clause, Category, Health Score, Probability, Expected Recovery and a linked detail block for Response Due, Days Remaining and Evidence Status.

Business benefits. Time-bar exposure and commercial value are visible continuously, not reconstructed at month-end.

Executive benefits. Entitlement is protected from the moment an event occurs, with exposure visible in real time rather than discovered in a commercial review.

Ideal users: Contract Managers, Commercial Managers, Executives.
Key capabilities
  • Ten-state controlled status vocabulary
  • Contract clause linkage
  • Evidence status tracking
  • Automatic Recovery % calculation

Guarantees

Never discover an expired bond by accident.

Business problem. A guarantee or bond that quietly expires is usually noticed only when someone asks for it — often during a dispute.

Solution. Parallel client-side and subcontractor-side registers track Type, Value, Expiry Date, Days Left, Status and release conditions, across Performance Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Retention Guarantees, Bid Bonds and insurance instruments.

Business benefits. Total bond and insurance exposure is visible from one sheet, in both directions of the contract chain.

Executive benefits. Expiry becomes a scheduled event to manage, not a surprise to react to.

Ideal users: Commercial Managers, Finance, Contract Managers.
Key capabilities
  • Dual client/subcontractor registers
  • Automatic expiry and extension flagging
  • Release-condition tracking

Procurement

A late award is a schedule risk before it's a procurement problem.

Business problem. A procurement delay rarely stays a procurement problem — a late award pushes back the execution date behind it, which is often on the critical path.

Solution. A package register tracks each item from planning through award and delivery — Procurement Stage, Award Deadline, Days to Award, Schedule Status — alongside a Supplier Performance scorecard and a Top Procurement Risks register.

Business benefits. Budget, award progress and supplier risk are visible together, package by package.

Executive benefits. A slipping award is visible as a schedule risk while there is still time to act on it.

Ideal users: Procurement Managers, Site Teams, Commercial Managers.
Key capabilities
  • Seven-stage procurement workflow
  • AK-Level budget breakdown
  • Supplier performance scoring
  • Schedule-status flagging linked to award deadlines

Payments

Know the gap between certified value and cash in hand — before it becomes a cash flow problem.

Business problem. A certified value is not the same as cash collected, and that gap is where most working-capital problems begin.

Solution. A payment register tracks the full IPC cycle — Certified, Invoiced, Due, Overdue, Paid — with automatic Outstanding and Days Overdue calculations.

Business benefits. A single cash-collection view replaces reconciling separate certificate and invoice logs.

Executive benefits. Outstanding and overdue amounts are managed as they accumulate, not discovered once cash flow is already under pressure.

Ideal users: Finance, Commercial Managers, Executives.
Key capabilities
  • Full IPC lifecycle tracking
  • Automatic Outstanding and Days Overdue
  • Dashboard-linked payment readiness indicators

HR & Project Readiness

Know your single points of failure before the schedule finds them for you.

Business problem. A project's schedule risk is not only in the programme — it is also in whoever is the one person capable of running a critical activity, with no documented deputy.

Solution. A workforce roster tracks Availability, Deputy/Backup, Succession Ready, Training Compliance, Certificate Expiry and Risk Level, alongside a department-level availability summary and a competency matrix spanning FIDIC, Planning, Commercial, Contracts, Quality, HSE, Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Survey and leadership disciplines.

Business benefits. Workforce risk sits alongside cost and schedule risk, rather than living in a separate HR system the project team rarely reviews.

Executive benefits. Single points of failure in key roles are visible before they become a schedule incident.

Ideal users: HR, Site Management, Project Directors.
Key capabilities
  • Availability and succession tracking
  • Certificate expiry monitoring
  • Competency matrix scoring
  • Department-level shortage summary
